This is a great flower shop for those looking for flower delivery in the Ottawa area. I found this flower shop online (I live in San Francisco) and the service and delivery turned out to work really well. The shop phoned me to tell me they upgraded the flower specs to a better spec at no cost which of course was great. I’ll use this shop whenever I need to send flowers in the Ottawa area.

Absolutely love coming here for all my flowers! The service is amazing, always so friendly and helpful. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful and last longer than any other place I've gone to.

Amazing experience this morning! Found some stunning dried flowers and this beautiful elephant plant holder and asked if they wouldn’t mind creating something for me. The pictures display the beauty and creativity of The Blossom Shop. I will be back. Thank you for making my day.

I really enjoyed my experience in The Blossom. It a big store with a remarkable design but what is really amazing is the girl who works there she is very welcoming and friendly. She took her time building my flower bouquet. It was wonderful. I really recommend this place at least on Saturdays.

The day before Christmas Eve, we needed a beautiful floral arrangement to honour one of our volunteers on Sunday morning. The Blossom Shop prepared with love and beauty this spectacular arrangement. Thank you for the care you take in what you do! As St. Mary's Catholic Church, will be back!

Beautiful shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful home decor and even prettier flower arrangements made with a smile. Definitely a place to stop at while in Carleton Place!

The Blossom Shop did an amazing thing. Upon informing them of my initial disappointment with an order, they apologized, accepted responsibility and were quick to send out a beautiful replacement arrangement. Excellent customer service!!!

From the moment they picked up my call, to the seamless delivery of a *beautiful, fresh, colourful Christmas/Birthday arrangement at my sister's *rural home near Perth, these folks are a class act. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone in the whole area (or beyond since I'm here in the Niagara region) looking for prompt, professional, and courteous service. Absolutely reasonable prices as well, and these days, that's a real bargain. Thanks to all who made this happen - especially the delivery guy sloggin' away in the snow today. Merry Christmas and all the best for 2026 to everyone at the Blossom Shop!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole at The Blossom Shop Carleton. She truly went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase, and her kindness meant more to me than she’ll ever know.
